The Trebbia cycle lane is characterized by a remarkable environmental diversity. It starts from the urban environment, crossing Piacenza's old town center: beyond the train station one goes bike riding along paved streets, most of which are pedestrian, between romanic churches and lively squares. One goes southwards, towards the hills, crossing the peripheral environment which is very green and situated on the protected cycle lane as well.
