The Park in action
This is the historical production area, after which the cheese has been named Parmigiano. Therefore, the local cheese products boast a top-quality pedigree. And this is especially true for the products of the cheese makers working within the Park territory, in protected environmental conditions. Even if we are in the plain and, as a consequence, milk comes from stabled cattle, the selected cheese factories in the Taro area have an average very high quality standard.
